Break Your Covid Cabin Fevers!  

Cabin fever will be a topic of many an upcoming blog. Here we are offering access to a few of our Sometimes Books, a series of picture books about change and constancy. Annie's world changed radically over moments, minutes, months, years, whole voyages and short shore leaves. Our proprietor often thought of Annie while working with children who feel change intensely and have a particular penchant for constancy.

Since Covid came, what can change about the world, and what remains constant has shifted. Sometimes Book have stayed relevant. Imagine reading one to a child who has been inside, outside, and in-between 'Covid style' for a long time. Perhaps they are experiencing cabin fever, re-entering jitters, and a lifetime of uncertainty combined. Do you agree, as one friend said, that The Sometimes books are "a new kind of soothe?"
